Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancel - There are no refunds for a customer cancelling a reading or coaching session, but will be an option to reschedule the session. The customer must reach out within 48 hours of cancellation to reschedule, otherwise the customer will need to book a new session and pay again.  Moongoddess Cancel - Should The Moongoddess Leem need to cancel a session, the customer will be notified immediately, and given priority status for a reschedule within 48 hours. Additionally, the customer will receive 10% off the next booking or purchase. No refunds will be granted.​
